BUILDING SCHOOLS
Each year a team of volunteers travels to Soweto, Kenya to help build a school for a community in the slums outside of Nairobi. 100% of the donations made to the school building projects will go directly to the purchase of materials and supplies.
SPONSORING A CHILD (coming soon...)
There are many children in Kenya who have been left as orphans due to illness, AIDS, and abandonment from parents. These children are precious and are eager to receive assistance and education from someone who cares enough to provide them with opportunities they wouldn’t normally receive. The cost to sponsor a child is $30 per month and covers their school fees, uniform, health needs, books, and a daily meal at school. 100% of your donations will go directly to the child you choose to sponsor.
ENDOWMENT FUND
We have established an endowment fund for donations to support individuals and families, and toward supporting worthwhile projects for those in need. These funds are managed by a committee lead by a member of the World of Difference Board of Directors. 100% of your donations will go toward helping those that need it most.
